Later Life

Thinking about later life

It is important to consider how you are going to live well in old age. In Britain, we have an ageing population with over 10 million people being over the age of 65. Therefore older people are working longer and offering a vital contribution to the community.

If you are retired or are working less, you may be interested in volunteering in your local community

It is also important to stay connected - so keep in touch with local groups, friends and family.
