What is Care Call?

Care Call is your local expert provider of personal alarms and Telecare, bringing care and support into your home. We will give you independence and freedom to live your life by providing non-intrusive support.

Our services include:

  • Alarm response to 'pendant' call system
  • Telecare- remote monitoring of a range of sensors
  • M-Call - support, advice and reassurance via mobile phone
  • Reassurance and reminder calls

Based locally, and provided by North Lincolnshire Council, the Care Call service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Peace of mind at the touch of a button

We know how important it can be for you or a loved one to keep their independence. That's why we offer a range of services to provide emergency help, as well as contact and reassurance.

Our simplest system gives you the reassurance of knowing that help is always at hand should you need it.

The Care Call system is easy to install and even easier to use.

You simply wear a pendant - on your wrist, around your neck or on a belt or brooch clip - and we do the rest.

If you need help, just press the pendant wherever you are in your home or garden. Our experienced operators will make sure help is on its way, even if you can't talk to them directly.

The pendant links remotely to one of our alarm units. The alarm unit connects to our 24 hour monitoring centre in Scunthorpe through your phone line (it won't affect your phone).
